Welcome to check manufacturing steps for bronze sculptures:
1. First step: we will make 1:1 sclae mold based on 3D Obj file or sculpture photos. The following photos are clay sculptures .
2. Second steps is to make clay sculptures to fiberglass sculpture after getting approval, it will keep mold sculpture long time .
3. Third steps: To make wax mold for casting bronze and make sand on surface for casting sculptures
After casting them to bronze sculpture, artist workers will polish them by tools and weld sculptures together.
5. The next step is to make painting on surface finish, patina color and painting finish are welcomed by sculpture artist and sculptors in America and Europe.
